When I played rugby, our branding never matched the pride we had for the team. The logo was generic, the merch was forgettable, and I always wished we had something people were actually excited to wear.
That stuck with me. The identities that last aren't pulled from a template. They come from the people, the place, and the story a business or team already carries.
I don't build logos from a template. I build identities that people are proud to represent, wherever they show up.
