Apps Covered by This Policy

This privacy policy applies to the following mobile applications developed by IslandTwig Studios:

• Poppy - Fast-paced tapping puzzle game
• Nine Draw - Nine-card higher-or-lower challenge
• Midnight Solitaire - Classic solitaire card game
• Tempo - Precision stop-timer app (coming soon)
• DreamTime - REM Cycle Calculator (coming soon)

All apps follow the same privacy practices described below. Some apps may use additional third-party services as noted in the Third-Party Services section.

IslandTwig Studios LLC ("we," "our," or "the apps") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile applications.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

In-App Purchases: When you make a purchase (such as tips, unlockable features, or consumable items), payment information is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Automatically Collected Information

App Data: Your data (such as high scores, game progress, theme preferences, and app settings) is stored locally on your device only.

Game Analytics: We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience, including:

• Game events (game starts, completions, high scores achieved)
• Feature usage (theme changes, time duration selections, menu interactions)
• Device information (device type, operating system version)

No personally identifiable information is collected.

Advertising Data: Some of our apps display non-personalized ads served by Google AdMob. When ads are shown, AdMob may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

• Device identifiers (such as advertising ID)
• IP address (used for general location at the country or city level)
• Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, taps)

We do not serve personalized or targeted ads. We do not request access to Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Game Center Data: If you use Game Center features, your scores and player information are submitted to Apple's Game Center service. This data is managed according to Apple's privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

• App Data: High scores, game progress, theme preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device to enhance your experience
• Analytics: Anonymous usage data helps us understand how players interact with our apps so we can improve features and fix bugs
• Advertising: Non-personalized ads are displayed to support free app features. Ad data is used solely for ad delivery and fraud prevention
• Game Center: Leaderboard scores are submitted to Apple to enable competitive features
• Purchases: Processed by Apple to unlock features or provide tips

Data Storage

• Local Storage: App preferences and high scores are stored on your device
• Analytics Storage: Anonymous analytics data is stored on secure servers operated by PostHog, our analytics provider
• Ad Data: Data collected by Google AdMob is stored and processed by Google according to their privacy policy
• Game Center: Leaderboard data is stored by Apple

Children's Privacy

Our apps are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Analytics data is anonymous and does not include any personally identifiable information. Ads displayed to all users, including children, are non-personalized and are not based on user behavior or profiles.

Third-Party Services

Apple Game Center: When you use Game Center features, Apple's privacy policy applies to leaderboard and player data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete any app and all associated local data at any time
• Disable Game Center integration in your device settings
• Reset your device advertising identifier in your device settings
• Contact us with questions about your privacy or to request deletion of analytics data

Data Deletion

To delete local app data:
Delete the app from your device. All locally stored data will be permanently removed.

To request deletion of analytics data:
Contact us at hello@islandtwigstudios.com with your request.

To remove Game Center data:
Manage your Game Center data through your Apple ID settings.

To reset advertising data:
Reset your advertising identifier in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
